We guarantee our products unconditionally. All requests for returns should be directed to Schoolboxplus Customer Care within 1 days (24 hours) of receipt. However, we don't refund cash or credit card debits but do accept exchanges.
 
Please enclose a copy of your packing slip (delivery note) with a note indicating if what you would like in exchange. All returns must be marked with a return authorization number. Please contact Customer Care for your return authorization number and instructions on how to return your order.
